Booking and Cancelation Policy

Our cancelation policy is in place to protect our stylists who reserved time for you and would be unable to fill your reserved time with such short notice.

  • All appointments require a credit card on file.
  • Color services of 4 hours or longer require 50% deposit at time of booking (ie full power blonding and some color corrections and transformative color).
  • Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred if the service is canceled or rescheduled at least one week in advance, otherwise deposit is forfeited.
  • All other cancelations and rescheduling require at least 24 hour notice or a 50% cancelation fee will be charged.
  • Event makeup services require 2 week notice in order to avoid 50% cancelation fee.
  • All no-shows will incur 100% no-show fee.
  • All service adjustments must be made within 2 weeks of initial appointment or additional charges will apply.
  • All service charges are nonrefundable.
